Responsibility 1: Assistant to the President
Assist the general manager to make work arrangements and ensure the efficient development of the general manager's work.
Responsibility 2: Assist all departments
Actively work closely with all departments of the company to ensure the smooth workflow of all departments of the company;
Do a good job report as required, actively find problems in the work and put forward suggestions and measures for improvement to the leadership.
Responsibility 3: Temporary tasks and comprehensive affairs processing
In the face of the temporary tasks assigned by the leader, complete the tasks assigned by the superior according to the time cut-off point.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-4, participated in overseas promotion;
2. Proficient in the use of office software;
3. Strong communication skills, service and cooperation spirit;
4. Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multi-task efficiently and adapt to fast-paced work.
